What a bittersweet and semi-horrible end to an amazing 3 weeks in Vietnam, and my year and a half adventure in Southeast Asia. I’m beyond thankful that I’ve been able to travel through Vietnam for the past three weeks; two of them with two amazing British blokes (that’s the British term right?) It was nice having others to share this turmoil with in the end and the “adventures” we had since the day we met. Unexpected Adventures in Nan, Thailand
Working in a Thai school as an English Teacher and volleyball coach has its perks. One of these perks just happens to be opportunities to explore the neighboring provinces during school events. This past year, I was blessed with the chance to go on adventures in Nan, Thailand. My volleyball team was heading there for a week long tournament and my school asked me to join. Moving Abroad to Teach English In Thailand
Have you ever had a moment where you knew you needed some type of a chance to get you out of a funk or bad habit? This was me back in February. After the hurricanes, life changed and almost everything on the island became a challenge. Work was harder: more children to see, more schools to drive to, and lack of internet to be able to access files (thankfully, we did have hard copies).
